By reserving a transfer, accessing our website, or using any services provided by IMP Transfer Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all luxury transfers, hourly charters, and airport transport booked through our platform.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. IMP Transfer Service reserves the right to upgrade your vehicle category to a higher tier (e.g., Executive SUV to VIP Sprinter Van) at no additional charge to ensure seamless service delivery.
Hourly vehicle rentals require a mandatory minimum duration of 4 hours as specified at booking time. Usage exceeding the booked duration will be billed in 30-minute increments at the prevailing hourly rate for the selected vehicle class.
To maintain safety and luxury standards for all guests:
IMP Transfer Service is not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather, severe traffic accidents, emergency road closures, or airport flight delays outside our reasonable control. Passengers are advised to allow adequate buffer time when booking airport transfers.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Broward County, Florida.
